Policy on the processing of personal data – Privacy policy pursuant to and by effect of Article 13 of Italian Legislative Decree No 196 of 30 June 2003

In compliance with Italian Legislative Decree No 196 of 30 June 2003 (Privacy Code) and amendments, please find below all the required information on the processing of the personal data provided by you. This Privacy Policy is not valid for any other websites visited using any links in the websites of the domain controller, who shall in no way be deemed responsible for any third-party websites.
This Privacy Policy is also issued pursuant to Art. 13 of Italian Legislative Decree No 196/2003 on the protection of personal data. The Privacy Policy is also inspired by Recommendation No 2/2001 which the European Personal Data Protection Authorities, joined in the Group established by Art. 29 of Directive No 95/46/EC, adopted on 17 May 2001 to identify some minimum requirements for the collection of personal data on-line, and, in particular, the methods, times and nature of the information Data Controllers have to provide to users visiting web pages, whatever the purpose of their visit, as well as the provisions of Directive 2009/58/EC, as updated by Directive 2009/136/EC on Cookies.

Personal and Identifying Data

The IT systems and software processes responsible for the operation of this website acquire certain personal data during the course of their normal operations, the transmission of which is an integral and essential part of the Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected in order to be associated to the identified Data Subjects, but which by its very nature could, if processed and associated to data held by third parties, lead to the identification of the users. 3. Purposes of the processing for which consent is provided where required (Art. 23, 24 of Italian Legislative Decree 196/03)

Personal data provided voluntarily shall be processed for the following purposes, unless an objection is made:

  • navigation of this website;
  • any contact request, sending information requested by you;
  • administrative and accounting activities generally. For the purposes of the application of the provisions on the protection of personal data, processing for administrative and accounting purposes is that linked to the performance of organisational, administrative, financial and accounting purposes, whatever the nature of the processed data. 7. Rights of the data subjects
You may exercise the rights laid down in Art. 7, 8, 9 and 10 of Italian Legislative Decree No. 196 of 30 June 2003 by contacting the Controller directly. 8. Amendments to the privacy policy
The Controller reserves the right to alter, update, add or remove parts of this privacy policy at its sole discretion at any time. The data subject is bound to periodically check for any amendments. To facilitate this check, the privacy policy will contain an indication of its date of updating. The use of the website, following publication of any amendments, will constitute the acceptance of such amendments.
